International Night

in the international night that was held last thursday it was an unbelieveable experience for me for a moment i realize that this world has many country with its different cuisine and culture. and its very suprising that in a week that after we entering this faciliy we are told to prepared ourselves on the coming event, so just not more than five days we must rehearse for the performance and preparing forthe stand that represent australia in general.

At first we dont have any clue what we are going to perform or the stand was gonna look like because we just know a litlle about australia. and after a long hard discusion we finally decided to perform a song with the titled "Waltzing Matilda"it is a famous folk song in australia , and for the stand we are making a miniature of the house of parliament in australia and in the inside of the stand consist of the picture and food from australia.everyone in the intensive english course from B class to E class is envolve for the international night wheter in the performance or preparing for the stand.but in the end we are finally make it on time with the help from Capt M Stewart for convince us to add austrlian bush dance in our show and trained us as well.

and after several rehearsal we finally give our best effort for the performance and it turned up we got our best achievement in performance and recieve the first prize.

in the international night we have learned to know each other and to work as a team,to learned other culture and also the food complete with its beverages.to sum it up international night is a good events and should be preserve for years to come.

WHAT MAN HAVE ACHIEVE

human is the greediest creature in this planet, this is based on the natural behaviour that we inhereted from our ancestor, in long time ago when this world are divided into kingdoms. every ruler want to expand their land and to enrich their kingdom.

so up until now we still this have behaviour but in the most different way, nowadays people are greed about fame and how to be known to other people like becoming a movie star, or an idol in singing, their entering an audition or a contest in a hope that maybe someday they become a star so people can know them or even admire them.

And there also people that want to be know because of their Achievement in game and sport back in the ancient greek, people from all over the country are coming to grecee to attend a competition called olympiad. it is called that because the event take place in a city a grecee called olympia. and until now we still held this competition it is mainly to decide which is the best country in a sport this indicate by the number of the gold medallion that they receive after winning some kind of sport whether is running, swimming, athletics and many other and the athletes are also famous because their achievement on sport and almost every olympic games a world record has been broken.so time to time people are train to better, faster, higher than they was before. this showed us that people are greed for success and fame and they are willing to push their self over the edge to do what no man have done before.
